Holts Gems "Something Blue" Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is valid for online purchases only at www.holtsgems.com. To qualify, customers must spend £1,500 or more in a single transaction, excluding delivery charges and after any discounts or promotional codes are applied.

2. Subscription Requirement: Customers participating in the Campaign must subscribe to Holts Gems' mailing list during the checkout process to be eligible for the promotion.

3. Campaign Item: Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a complimentary pair of blue sapphire earring studs (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Item"). The Campaign Item has a retail value of £600 and consists of natural sapphires set in 9ct white gold. The design of the Campaign Item cannot be altered or changed.

4. Non-Exchangeable: The Campaign Item cannot be exchanged for cash or any other discount. It is offered exclusively as a complimentary gift to eligible customers.

5. Campaign Duration: The Campaign will run for a limited time as specified by Holts Gems. Holts Gems reserves the right to alter or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

6. Availability: The Campaign Item is subject to availability. In the event that the Campaign Item becomes unavailable, Holts Gems reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Shipping: Holts Gems will cover the shipping costs for delivering the Campaign Item to eligible customers within the specified regions. Any additional shipping costs, including but not limited to customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Disqualification: Holts Gems reserves the right to disqualify any customer from participating in the Campaign if they are found to have violated any of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

9. General Terms: By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Holts Gems reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Campaign, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERS AND PRICES

Prices on this site are valid for the time indicated on the site [and are subject to availability while stocks last]. 

In the event of an error in any price, sales literature or other document or information issued by Holts or placed on this site, Holts will correct the information and will notify you as soon as possible of any such error. If you do not wish to proceed on the basis of the correct information, you will be entitled to cancel the transaction and to receive a refund.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Please call us on 020 7405 5286 if you have a query about delivery and returns that is not explained below.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm and all items are insured for your peace of mind.

For UK orders, there is no delivery charge if you spend over £500 during an order. If your order is less than £500, a flat rate of £10 is applied to your order. For International orders please contact us for shipping quotes.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR STOCK ITEMS

Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2pm Monday – Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. 

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or at the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

CLICK & COLLECT

For order collection at our London showroom, please tick the click & collect option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

If you prefer to collect in person from London showroom then this can be arranged. Please notify us by email or telephone once you have placed your order online. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

SALE ITEMS ONLINE 

Please note that for any item on sale these are available for online purchases only and will not apply in our showroom. Prices are subject to change. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 

Holts Gems attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Holts Lapidary itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
